Savor and share for authentic happiness. We are spending time in REACH over the next several weeks focusing on the pillars of Dr. Sood's Resilient Option Program. I am proud to have studied this program under Dr. Sood's direction for 6 months several years ago and am grateful for his continued support of REACH. His research at the Mayo Clinic has shown that gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, forgiveness, celebration, reflection, kind/joyful attention, and relationships make individuals happier, healthier, and more productive.
