Choose to Trade Up!

Today's REACH lesson. Every day we have the opportunity to trade up to a better version of ourselves. These trades are a result of our values, choices, work ethic, and relationships. Some days those trades are big; other days they are small. Some days we make bad choices and actually trade down. The point is that we need to look at improvement that happens because of these trades over a long period of time.
