I am proud to have had the opportunity to support the Family Services Rochester Father Project this afternoon! I presented to a great group of fathers about Adverse Childhood Experiences and how they can build resilience for themselves and their children. The Father Project gives men the support, skills, and resources needed to be the best fathers they can be. This group gives them a voice, allows them to be imperfect, and encourages them to share and learn from others. I was inspired by what I saw this afternoon and am proud they asked me for support through my presentation today.
