Continuing our discussion about employability today. Students learned that employers need to gather as much information as they can about prospective employees, and this sometimes looking online and at social media. It is this information that can help or hurt one's chances of being hired. See the video below. Students were also told that they should be researching the business they are interested in working for to gain a better understanding of whether or not it will be a good fit for them.
